Conceived for Labib Group as a statement of commercial ambition, this tower redefines what it means to occupy the skyline. A soaring curtain-wall façade - shifting between deep reflective blue and warm amber as the light changes, wraps a building that is as much landmark as it is workspace. The sculptural V-column at the podium lifts the tower off the ground plane with architectural confidence, creating a generous covered arrival that is welcoming without being grandiose.
